न चात्र न्यासबाहुल्यं नोपवासादिसंयमः । सुखसाध्यमबाहुल्यं भक्तानां फलदं महत् ॥ ८ ॥
na cātra nyāsabāhulyaṁ nōpavāsādisaṁyamaḥ | sukhasādhyamabāhulyaṁ bhaktānāṁ phaladaṁ mahat || 8 ||
Translation
Here there is no multitude of nyāsas, no restraint by fasting and the like; it is easily practised, not elaborate, and gives great fruit to the devoted.
