समर्प्य जपमेतेन साष्टाङ्गं प्रणमेद्धिया । इत्यन्तर्यजनं कृत्वा बहिःपूजां समारभेत् ॥ १५७ ॥
samarpya japamētēna sāṣṭāṅgaṁ praṇamēddhiyā | ityantaryajanaṁ kṛtvā bahiḥpūjāṁ samārabhēt || 157 ||
Translation
Offering the japa with this, he should prostrate in mind; having done the inner worship so, he should begin the outer worship.
