ततस्तु वामनासायां यं बीजं धूम्रवर्णकम् । सञ्चिन्त्य पूरयेत्तेन वायुं षोडशमात्रया । तेन पापात्मकं देहं शोषयेत् साधकाग्रणीः ॥ १०० ॥
tatastu vāmanāsāyāṁ yaṁ bījaṁ dhūmravarṇakam | sañcintya pūrayēttēna vāyuṁ ṣōḍaśamātrayā | tēna pāpātmakaṁ dēhaṁ śōṣayēt sādhakāgraṇīḥ || 100 ||
Translation
Then, thinking of the smoke-coloured seed yaṁ in the left nostril, he should draw in breath with it for sixteen counts, and with it the foremost practitioner should dry up the sinful body.
