मूलाधारे चतुष्पत्रे वादिसान्तान् प्रविन्यसेत् । इत्यन्तर्मनसा न्यस्य मातृकार्णान् वहिर्न्यसेत् ॥ ११५ ॥
mūlādhārē catuṣpatrē vādisāntān pravinyasēt | ityantarmanasā nyasya mātṛkārṇān vahirnyasēt || 115 ||
Translation
and va to sa in the four-petalled mūlādhāra. Having placed the letters inwardly so, in the mind, he should place them outwardly:
