षोड़शीयं समाख्याता सर्वतन्त्रेषु गोपिता । वध्वाद्या प्रणवाद्या चेदेषा सप्तदशी द्विधा ॥ १७ ॥
ṣōḍa़śīyaṁ samākhyātā sarvatantrēṣu gōpitā | vadhvādyā praṇavādyā cēdēṣā saptadaśī dvidhā || 17 ||
Translation
This sixteen-syllabled one is declared, kept hidden in all the Tantras. Beginning with the seed of the bride or with the praṇava, it becomes seventeen-syllabled in two ways.
