ततो गत्वा जलाभ्यासे स्नानं कृत्वा यथाविधि । आदावप उपस्पृश्य प्रविशेत् सलिले ततः ॥ ३७ ॥
tatō gatvā jalābhyāsē snānaṁ kṛtvā yathāvidhi | ādāvapa upaspṛśya praviśēt salilē tataḥ || 37 ||
Translation
Then, going to water and bathing as prescribed, he should first touch the water and then enter it.
