ततस्तत्तोयतो बिन्दूंस्त्रिधा भूमौ विनिक्षिपेत् । मध्यमानामिकायोगान्मूलोच्चारणपूर्वकम् ॥ ४८ ॥

Translation
Then, saying the root mantra, he should sprinkle drops of that water three times on the ground with the middle and ring fingers,
