ललाटे वारुणं बीजं शुक्लवर्णं विचिन्त्य च । द्वात्रिंशता रेचकेन प्लावयेदमृताम्भसा ॥ १०२ ॥
lalāṭē vāruṇaṁ bījaṁ śuklavarṇaṁ vicintya ca | dvātriṁśatā rēcakēna plāvayēdamṛtāmbhasā || 102 ||
Translation
Thinking of the white seed of Varuṇa on the forehead, he should flood it, breathing out for thirty-two counts, with the water of nectar.
