स्नानीयं सर्वगात्रेषु वसनं भूषणानि च । निवेदयामि मनुना दद्यादेतानि देशिकः ॥ ८२ ॥
snānīyaṁ sarvagātrēṣu vasanaṁ bhūṣaṇāni ca | nivēdayāmi manunā dadyādētāni dēśikaḥ || 82 ||
Translation
The bath for all her limbs, the garment and ornaments: with the mantra "nivedayāmi" the guide should give these.

Meaning
The mantra: hrīṁ śrīṁ krīṁ parameśvari svāhā idaṁ snānīyam idaṁ vasanam etāni bhūṣaṇāni cādyāyai kālikāyai nivedayāmi.
Commentary
Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated
With the mantra "hrīṁ śrīṁ krīṁ parameśvari svāhā idaṁ snānīyam idaṁ vasanam etāni bhūṣaṇāni cādyāyai kālikāyai nivedayāmi" ("this bath, this garment and these ornaments I offer to Ādyā Kālikā"), the deśika, the practitioner, should give these, the bath and the rest, to all the Goddess's limbs.
