Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated
In the drinking vessel sudhā, wine, is to be given; in the śauddhya, the vessel of śuddhi, the śuddhi and the rest, meat, fish and the like, are to be given. After that he should take drink and food together with the sāmayikas, the people who have come at the time of the Goddess's worship.
