स्वस्ति श्रीमहानिर्वाणतन्त्रे सर्वतन्त्रोत्तमोत्तमे सर्वधर्म्मनिर्णयसारे श्रीमदाद्यासदाशिवसंवादे श्रीपात्रस्थापनहोमचक्रानुष्ठानकथनं नाम षष्ठोल्लासः ।

Translation
Auspiciousness! In the glorious Mahānirvāṇa Tantra, the best of all Tantras, the essence of the ruling on every dharma, the dialogue of the glorious Ādyā and Sadāśiva: the sixth chapter, called "The setting up of the śrīpātra, the homa and the rite of the circle".
