Meaning
Verses 71 to 74 spell out the mantra of prāṇa-pratiṣṭhā. The five seeds are āṁ hrīṁ kroṁ śrīṁ svāhā; "amuṣyāḥ" ("of so-and-so") is replaced by the deity's name, ādyākālīdevatāyāḥ.

Commentary
Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated
To the question "with which mantra should he establish the Goddess's life-breaths?" he gives the mantra of prāṇa-pratiṣṭhā in four verses, "āṁ…". Having said "āṁ hrīṁ kroṁ śrīṁ", the wife of fire, "svāhā", is to be said. Then, having said "amuṣyā devatāyāḥ prāṇā iha" ("of this deity, the life-breaths here"), he should then say "prāṇāḥ". Then he should say the five seeds, "āṁ hrīṁ" and the rest; after that he should say "amuṣyā jīva iha sthitaḥ" ("her life, standing here"); again those same five seeds; then "amuṣyāḥ sarvendriyāṇi" ("all her senses"); again the five seeds; then, after "amuṣyāḥ", the word "vāṅ-mano-nayana-ghrāṇa-śrotra-tvak", and after that word "prāṇā ihāgatya sukhaṁ ciraṁ tiṣṭhantu", and then the pair of ṭha, "svāhā". Joining all the words, the mantra of prāṇa-pratiṣṭhā is: "āṁ hrīṁ kroṁ śrīṁ svāhā ādyākālīdevatāyāḥ prāṇā iha prāṇāḥ; āṁ hrīṁ kroṁ śrīṁ svāhā ādyākālīdevatāyā jīva iha sthitaḥ; āṁ hrīṁ kroṁ śrīṁ svāhā ādyākālīdevatāyāḥ sarvendriyāṇi; āṁ hrīṁ kroṁ śrīṁ svāhā ādyākālīdevatāyā vāṅ-mano-nayana-ghrāṇa-śrotra-tvak-prāṇā ihāgatya sukhaṁ ciraṁ tiṣṭhantu svāhā" ("the life-breaths of the deity Ādyā Kālī are here; her life stands here; all her senses; her speech, mind, eyes, smell, hearing, touch and breaths, having come here, may they stay here happily for long"). (This explanation covers verses 71 to 74.)
