वापीकूपतटागानां संस्कारं तिथिकर्म्म च । गृहारम्भप्रतिष्ठाञ्च देवानां स्थापनन्तथा ॥ ८८ ॥
vāpīkūpataṭāgānāṁ saṁskāraṁ tithikarmma ca | gṛhārambhapratiṣṭhāñca dēvānāṁ sthāpanantathā || 88 ||
Translation
the consecration of step-wells, wells and tanks, the rites of lunar days, the founding and consecration of houses, and the installing of gods;

The commentary: gṛhārambha-pratiṣṭhā is the beginning of a house and its consecration. These are treated in chapter 13.
