सत्यहीना वृथा पूजा सत्यहीनो वृथा जपः । सयत्हीनं तपो व्यर्थमूषरे वपनं यथा ॥ ७६ ॥
satyahīnā vṛthā pūjā satyahīnō vṛthā japaḥ | sayathīnaṁ tapō vyarthamūṣarē vapanaṁ yathā || 76 ||
Translation
Worship without truth is in vain, japa without truth is in vain; austerity without truth is useless, like sowing on barren ground.
