कुलाचारविहीना ये सततासत्यभाषिणः । परद्रोहपरा ये च ते नराः कलिकिङ्कराः ॥ ७० ॥
kulācāravihīnā yē satatāsatyabhāṣiṇaḥ | paradrōhaparā yē ca tē narāḥ kalikiṅkarāḥ || 70 ||
Translation
Those without kulācāra, always speaking untruth and intent on harming others: such people are servants of the Kali age.
