त्वं परा प्रकृतिः साक्षाद् ब्रह्मणः परमात्मनः । त्वत्तो जातं जगत् सर्वं त्वं जगज्जननी शिवे ॥ १० ॥
tvaṁ parā prakṛtiḥ sākṣād brahmaṇaḥ paramātmanaḥ | tvattō jātaṁ jagat sarvaṁ tvaṁ jagajjananī śivē || 10 ||
Translation
You are the Supreme Prakṛti of Brahman, the Supreme Self, itself. From you the whole world was born; you are the mother of the world, O Śivā.

Meaning
The reason, says Hariharānanda: the Goddess is not other than Brahman but its own highest power (māyā, śakti), so to reach her is to reach Brahman.
