Verse 76
श्रीसदाशिव उवाच । यो विधिर्ब्रह्ममन्त्राणां पुरश्चरणकर्मणि । स एवाऽऽद्याकालिकाया मन्त्राणां विधिरिष्यते ॥ ७६ ॥
śrīsadāśiva uvāca | yō vidhirbrahmamantrāṇāṁ puraścaraṇakarmaṇi | sa ēvā’’dyākālikāyā mantrāṇāṁ vidhiriṣyatē || 76 ||
Translation
Śrī Sadāśiva said: The method used in the preparatory rite of the Brahma mantras is the method held for the mantras of Ādyā Kālikā as well.

Meaning
Śiva answers simply: the puraścaraṇa of Kālī's mantras follows the same method as that of the Brahma mantras, the mantras of the formless Brahman taught in ullāsa 3. The Tantra places the worship of the Goddess and the worship of Brahman on one footing: one method serves both, because they are one reality.
