Meaning

A half-verse closing the hymn. It is "made of the heap of ka" (kakāra-kūṭa-ghaṭita): the commentary, composed of a mass of ka, every name beginning with that letter. And it is "the very form of Kālī's form" (kālī-rūpa-svarūpaka): the hymn is not only about her, it is her, in sound. In the Tantra a deity's mantra or hymn is the deity in her subtle, audible body; to recite it with understanding is to be in her presence.

Commentary

Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated

Kakāra-kūṭa-ghaṭitam: joined with the heap of the letter ka, that is, composed of names that all begin with ka.
