Translation

Whoever reads it at the time of worship, his mind given to Ādyā, gains all his desires; Ādyā is gracious to him; success in the mantra comes quickly, and the lesser powers become his servants.

Meaning

The commentary introduces verses 67 and 68 as "the fruit of reciting the armour called Trailokyavijaya". As with the hymn, the armour is to be read during worship with the mind fixed on Ādyā (ādyādhikṛta-mānasa). Then desires are fulfilled, the Goddess is gracious, the mantra becomes effective, and the "lesser siddhis" (kṣudra-siddhi), the minor powers, wait on him like servants (kiṅkara). Again, powers are put in their place: they serve, they are not the goal.

Commentary

Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated

Now he gives the fruit of reciting the armour called Trailokyavijaya, with "pūjākāle…" and the rest. (This explanation covers verses 67 and 68.)
