Meaning
Vāṇī, Sarasvatī, the goddess of speech, lives in his mouth: he becomes eloquent. Kamalā, Lakṣmī, the goddess of fortune, who is proverbially fickle, stays "unmoving" (niścalā) in his house. Men bow at his name "with awe" (sasambhrama), as the commentary glosses: with fear and respect. The commentary treats verses 50 and 51 together.

Commentary
Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated
Sasambhramāḥ: with awe, with respect. (This explanation covers verses 50 and 51.)
