Meaning

Kāmabīja, the seed of desire, is klīṁ, as the commentary says. She rejoices in its japa and is herself its form. Kumatighnī: destroyer of wrong thinking. Kulīnārtināśinī: she who ends the suffering of those of the kula. Kulakāminī: the beloved of the kula, or she who loves it. Klīṁ is the seed of attraction and love; that she is its very form (svarūpiṇī) says that the mantra is not a means of reaching her, but she herself in sound.

Commentary

Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated

Kāmabīja-japānandā: she whose joy (ānanda) is in the japa of the kāmabīja, the seed klīṁ. (This explanation covers verses 31 and 32.)
