viyad
(viyat) ether
viddhi
know
varānanē
lovely-faced one

Meaning

A half-verse completing the mapping: the fifth tattva, union, is ether (viyat), "the support of the world". Ether is the subtlest element, the space in which all others exist; the most intimate of the tattvas corresponds to the most pervasive of the elements.
