Meaning

Kamalālayamadhyasthā: she who stays in the midst of the lotus abode, perhaps the heart-lotus in which she is meditated. Kamalāmodamodinī: she who is gladdened by the fragrance of the lotus. Kalahaṃsagati: she whose gait is the graceful walk of a swan. Klaibyanāśinī: she who destroys klaibya, unmanliness, weakness, faintheartedness; the same word Kṛṣṇa uses when he rebukes Arjuna's despair in the Gītā. Kāmarūpiṇī: she whose form is desire, or who takes forms at will. To call on her is to call for courage.
