Meaning

More dangers. Prāntara, as the commentary explains, is a stretch of open country without trees or water, a road far from any village; such places were feared. "Fear of the planets" (graha-bhaya) is the dread of malign astrological influence; graha can also mean a possessing spirit. Fever, chronic illness and grave disease follow. The sentence continues.

Commentary

Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated

Prāntare: in a stretch of open country without trees, water and the like, a road far from any village. (This explanation covers verses 44 to 49.)
