Meaning

The remaining limbs of the armour. Its bīja, seed, is the māyā seed, hrīṁ, as the commentary says; its śakti, power, is Ramā, the seed śrīṁ; its kīlaka, "pin" or "wedge" that fastens the mantra, is krīṁ. Its use is for the fulfilment of what one wishes (kāmya-siddhi). Spoken in full: "Of this armour Trailokyavijaya, the seer is Śiva, the metre anuṣṭubh, the deity Ādyā Kālī, the seed hrīṁ, the power śrīṁ, the pin krīṁ; its use is for the attainment of what is desired."

Commentary

Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated

Māyābījam: the seed hrīṁ, is the bīja (seed) of this armour. Ramā: the seed śrīṁ, is its śakti (power). (This explanation covers verses 57 to 59.)
