Meaning
Every mantra and hymn has a puraścaraṇa, a preparatory course of recitation that "awakens" it before it is used. For this hymn it is a hundred and eight recitations (aṣṭottara-śata-āvṛtti). Once that is done, the hymn gives every desired fruit. The commentary covers verses 52 to 54 together, as concerning "this hymn of a hundred names".

Commentary
Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated
Asya: of the hymn of a hundred names. (This explanation covers verses 52 to 54.)
