Meaning
Three claims are made for the sādhana of Ādyā Kālī. It benefits every living being (sarva-prāṇi-hitakara). It is the single cause of both bhoga, enjoyment of the world, and mokṣa, freedom from it: the Tantra repeatedly refuses the choice between the two that other paths impose. And it brings success quickly "above all in the Kali age", the present dark age in which, the text taught in ullāsa 2, Vedic rites have lost their power and the Tantric path is the effective one.
