Meaning
"This vidyā", the commentary explains, is "the form of the mantra": vidyā is the Tantric word for a mantra of a goddess. It is gained by serving a true guru (sad-guru), not taken on one's own. Then, devoted to kulācāra, the practitioner worships Kuleśvarī with the five tattvas. The sentence ends in verse 102. What the Tantra prescribes here is its own teaching, given as the text presents it; taking up any practice is a matter for one's tradition and teacher.
