Meaning
The highest fruit is "the gracious nearness" (sukha-sānnidhya) of the Goddess herself: not only gifts from her, but her presence. Then Śiva gives his own testimony: it is by the power of this hymn that he became Tripurāri, "the enemy of Tripura". The commentary explains: Tripura was a demon whose three cities, made of heaven, earth and the underworld, Śiva destroyed. The god who teaches the hymn says he owes his greatest victory to it; even Śiva's power, in this Tantra, flows from the Goddess.

Commentary
Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated
Tripurāri: he whose (cities, pura) are three (tri), made of heaven, earth and the underworld, is Tripura, a particular demon; his enemy (ari) is Tripurāri, Śiva.
