Meaning
More images: like the sun (tigmāṁśu, "the one with sharp rays") he is hard to look at, the commentary says: one sees him only with difficulty, so great is his radiance; like the moon, he is a pleasure to see. In beauty he is Kāma, the god of love, embodied, and he wins the hearts of women. The praise is extravagant, as such passages are; it describes the radiance that tradition says shines from one who has realised the deity.

Commentary
Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated
Tigmāṁśur iva: like the sun (tigmāṁśu, "the one of sharp rays"); duṣprekṣyaḥ: hard to look at, seen only with difficulty. (This explanation covers verses 40 to 43.)
