Meaning

Navel to Viśālākṣī, "the wide-eyed"; the organ of generation, prajāsthāna, which the commentary glosses as the upastha, to Prabhāvatī, "the radiant"; the thighs to Kalyāṇī, "the auspicious"; the feet to Pārvatī herself, the daughter of the mountain. No part of the body is left unguarded or treated as unfit to be given to the Goddess.

Commentary

Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated

Prajāsthānam: the place of generation, the organ (upastha). (This explanation covers verses 63 to 66.)
