वैदिकतान्त्रिकोभयसन्ध्याकरणे युक्तिःWhy both the Vedic and the Tantric sandhyā are done

Verse 85

इयन्तु ब्रह्मसावित्री यथा भवति वैदिकी । तथैव तान्त्रिकी ज्ञेया प्रशस्तोभयकर्मणि ॥ ८५ ॥

iyantu brahmasāvitrī yathā bhavati vaidikī | tathaiva tāntrikī jñēyā praśastōbhayakarmaṇi || 85 ||

Translation

But this Brahma-Sāvitrī, as it is Vedic, is to be known as Tantric too, and is commended in both kinds of rite.

Meaning

The reconciliation. The Gāyatrī ("Sāvitrī", addressed to Savitṛ, here "Brahma-Sāvitrī", the Sāvitrī of Brahman) is both Vedic and Tantric: it belongs to both bodies of revelation. Doing it does not take one outside the Tantric path.
