चक्रस्थसाधकानां शिवत्वम्Those in the circle are Śiva

Verse 197

चक्राद्विनिःसृताः सर्वे स्वस्ववर्णाश्रमोदितम् । लोकयात्राप्रसिद्ध्यर्थं कुर्युः कर्म पृथक् पृथक् ॥ १९७ ॥

cakrādviniḥsṛtāḥ sarvē svasvavarṇāśramōditam | lōkayātrāprasiddhyarthaṁ kuryuḥ karma pṛthak pṛthak || 197 ||

Translation

Having come out of the circle, all should perform the works told for their own class and stage, each apart, for the right conduct of worldly life.

Meaning

Outside the circle the social rules return, "for the sake of loka-yātrā", the conduct of ordinary life. The Tantra holds both: equality in the rite, order in society.
