स्वस्ति श्रीमहानिर्वाणतन्त्रे सर्वतन्त्रोत्तमोत्तमे सर्वधर्मनिर्णयसारे श्रीमदाद्यासदाशिवसंवादे वर्णाश्रमाचारधर्मकथनं नामाष्टमोल्लासः ।

svasti śrīmahānirvāṇatantrē sarvatantrōttamōttamē sarvadharmanirṇayasārē śrīmadādyāsadāśivasaṁvādē varṇāśramācāradharmakathanaṁ nāmāṣṭamōllāsaḥ |

Translation

Auspiciousness! In the glorious Mahānirvāṇa Tantra, the best of all Tantras, the essence of the ruling on every dharma, the dialogue of the glorious Ādyā and Sadāśiva: the eighth chapter, called "The telling of the dharma of conduct of the classes and stages of life".
