The commentary explains "nistraiguṇya": "triguṇa" is what is full of the three guṇas, that is, full of desire; one who has gone beyond that is free of desire. "Nirvikalpa", free of the many kinds of imagining; "nirlobha", free of the longing that grows however much comes; "asañcayī", one who stores nothing.

Commentary
Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated
"Sama…" and the rest. Nistraiguṇyaḥ: that in which there are the three guṇas is triguṇa, that is, full of desire (sakāma); its state is traiguṇya; one who has gone out of it is nistraiguṇya: free of desire, that is the meaning. Nirvikalpaḥ: free of the many kinds of imagining. Nirlobhaḥ: lobha is the longing that grows again and again even when wealth and the like come in plenty; one free of it. Asañcayī: one who does not store up things.
