Meaning
A graded promise, which the commentary construes: one who practises the Bhairavī-cakra for six months becomes a king; for a year, "Mṛtyuñjaya", Śiva as the conqueror of death, that is, one who has overcome death; and the one who practises it always attains "brahma-nirvāṇa", final liberation in Brahman, the goal named in the title of the Tantra. The commentary reads verses 200 to 203 together.

Commentary
Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated
"Ṣaṇmāsam…" and the rest. The order of the words is: a mortal who practises the Bhairavī-cakra for six months becomes a lord of the earth, and so on. (This explanation covers verses 200 to 203.)
