Meaning

The daughter is to be raised and educated "likewise", the commentary says: as a son. "Śikṣaṇīyā", to be taught, with "great care": the Tantra asks for the education of girls. At marriage she is to be given to a learned man (vidvān) and with a dowry of wealth and jewels, that is, provided for, not sent away empty-handed.

Commentary

Hariharānanda Bhāratī’s Sanskrit commentary, translated

Evam: likewise, as with a son.
