यथा नरेषु तन्त्रज्ञाः सरितां जाह्नवी यथा । यथाऽहं त्रिदिवेशानामागमानामिदं तथा ॥ ३० ॥
yathā narēṣu tantrajñāḥ saritāṁ jāhnavī yathā | yathā’haṁ tridivēśānāmāgamānāmidaṁ tathā || 30 ||
Translation
As those who know the Tantras are among men, as the Gaṅgā is among rivers, as I am among the lords of heaven, so is this Tantra among the Āgamas.

Meaning
With these comparisons, the commentary says, Śiva shows the excellence of the Mahānirvāṇa Tantra over all Tantras; "this" is the Mahānirvāṇa Tantra itself.
