तन्त्राणि बहुधोक्तानि नानाख्यानान्वितानि च । सिद्धानां साधकानाञ्च विधानानि च भूरिशः ॥ २१ ॥
tantrāṇi bahudhōktāni nānākhyānānvitāni ca | siddhānāṁ sādhakānāñca vidhānāni ca bhūriśaḥ || 21 ||
Translation
Tantras have been taught in many ways, filled with many narratives, with methods in abundance for siddhas and for sādhakas.
