Verse 23–25
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु निद्रारूपेण संस्थिता। नमस्तस्यै ॥ २३ ॥ नमस्तस्यै ॥ २४ ॥ नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः ॥ २५ ॥
yā dēvī sarvabhūtēṣu nidrārūpēṇa saṁsthitā | namastasyai || 23 || namastasyai || 24 || namastasyai namō namaḥ || 25 ||
Translation
To the Goddess who abides in all beings in the form of sleep: salutations to her, salutations to her, salutations to her, again and again.

Meaning
Sleep is her gift of rest and renewal to every creature; even the withdrawal of awareness is her presence. The threefold salutation counts as three mantras in the traditional numbering.
