Translation

Honoured by gods, kinnaras and men, having seen the whole of this earth, the joy of the Raghus came back to his home, as the Lord Śiva, having roamed the quarters, returns to his own world.

Meaning

The sarga closes in a longer metre. The comparison is with Śiva coming home to Kailāsa after wandering the world. Rāma has seen everything the earth has to offer; the next sargas tell what that seeing did to him.
