Meaning
The body is now a single leaf: shaken by the wind of the breath, delicate, worn through by the many thorns of pain of mind and body, as the commentary says, of a small and mean nature, bitter and dry. A leaf in autumn hangs by little. The verse is quiet after the vow of the last one: Rāma does not want this leaf, and says so simply.
