Meaning
The breath goes in and out without a moment's rest, and the senses are windows thrown wide, letting everything in. A house with every window open and a gale blowing through it is no place of peace. The commentary: the wind is always restless with coming in and going out, and the windows of the senses always stand open. The reader is shown why rest seems impossible: the house has no closed doors.
