Meaning
Here, after so much condemnation, is the positive teaching of the sarga in a single line. Three negations: I do not belong to the body; the body does not belong to me; I am not it. Those whose minds "rest" (viśrānta) in this, as the Dwivedi text says, having reflected and come to rest in the Self, are puruṣottama, the best of persons. It is a sentence to be repeated and contemplated. The reader may take it as the practice that the whole sarga has been preparing.
