Meaning
The audience now extends beyond the earth. The Siddhas, the perfected beings of the sky; the Gandharvas and Kinnaras, the heavenly musicians; and the great sages who travel the worlds, Nārada, Vyāsa, Pulaha. That the celestials too come to listen to a boy's discourse on dispassion is the text's way of saying how rare and valuable it is: they have heaven, and they have not heard this. The Siddhas will speak at the end of the sarga. The reader may notice that the highest pleasures do not answer the question Rāma asked, and that those who enjoy them know it.
