Meaning
This is a moment of supreme divine power. The Goddess's exhalations (niḥśvāsān) materialize into a vast, fully-armed army of her own. This act demonstrates that her very essence is creative energy; she can generate limitless forces to meet and destroy the demonic hordes. Her army is born ready for battle, equipped with the same fierce weapons the demons use.
