Verse 37
अभ्यधावत तं शब्दमशेषैरसुरैर्वृतः। स ददर्श ततो देवीं व्याप्तलोकत्रयां त्विषा ॥ ३७ ॥
abhyadhāvata taṁ śabdamaśēṣairasurairvṛtaḥ | sa dadarśa tatō dēvīṁ vyāptalōkatrayāṁ tviṣā || 37 ||
Translation
'...rushed towards that sound, surrounded by all the demons. Then he saw the Goddess, whose splendor pervaded the three worlds.'

Meaning
Mahishasura, with his entire legion, charges toward the source of the terrifying sound and the disturbance. Upon arrival, he finally beholds the magnificent form of the Goddess. Her brilliance (tviṣā) is not contained; it fills the entire cosmos (vyāpta-lokatrayām), instantly communicating her supreme and universal nature.
