Verse 19
ततः समस्तदेवानां तेजोराशिसमुद्भवाम् । तां विलोक्य मुदं प्रापुरमरा महिषार्दिताः ॥ १९ ॥
tataḥ samastadēvānāṁ tējōrāśisamudbhavām | tāṁ vilōkya mudaṁ prāpuramarā mahiṣārditāḥ || 19 ||
Translation
'Then, the immortals (gods), who had been tormented by Mahisha, attained joy upon seeing her, who was born from the consolidated mass of radiance of all the gods.'

Meaning
This verse marks the emotional climax of the manifestation. The Goddess's formation is complete. She stands before the gods as the personification of their collective power, filling the oppressed Devas with joy (mudam) and hope as their deliverer.
