Verse 13
अतुलं तत्र तत्तेजः सर्वदेवशरीरजम् । एकस्थं तदभून्नारी व्याप्तलोकत्रयं त्विषा ॥ १३ ॥
atulaṁ tatra tattējaḥ sarvadēvaśarīrajam | ēkasthaṁ tadabhūnnārī vyāptalōkatrayaṁ tviṣā || 13 ||
Translation
'That incomparable radiance, born from the bodies of all the gods, consolidated into one and became a woman. (She) pervaded the three worlds with her splendor.'

Meaning
The formless energy (tejas) now coalesces into a specific, recognizable form—that of a woman (nārī). This is the moment of the Divine Mother's manifestation. She is the physical embodiment of the combined power of the entire pantheon. Her brilliance (tviṣā) fills the three worlds (heaven, earth, and the netherworld), establishing her supreme authority and presence immediately.
