Translation
Other deities grant fearlessness and boons with their hands, but you alone do not manifest boons and fearlessness with gestures. Indeed, O Refuge of the worlds, your feet alone are skilled in protecting from fear and granting desires beyond expectation.

Meaning
Unlike other deities who use hand gestures (mudrās) to grant boons (vara) and fearlessness (abhaya), the Goddess’s feet alone suffice to protect and fulfill desires, surpassing expectations. Her feet symbolize ultimate refuge (śaraṇya), emphasizing her supreme compassion and power. In Śrīvidyā, devotion to her feet is a key practice, believed to confer liberation and worldly benefits. The verse highlights her unique status in Shakta theology, where she transcends conventional divine attributes.
